This year I am especially thankful for:
1. modern antibiotics
2. pie (pretty much all kinds)
3. fleece (boy was it cold out today)
4. contact lenses (even though I can't go back to wearing them yet)
5. being at home and having my own bed to sleep in

Gosh I should really have made an effort this year. We don't have Thanksgiving here the way you do and I didn't do my list and now every blog I go to has one. Maybe I'll do a belated one. Never too late to be thankful, right? Thanks for visiting my blog earlier.

I don't normally do a thankful-for list, but this year I truly was feeling thankful for the antibiotics that are making me feel better this week and the rest of the short list just came to mind.

It's always the little things for which we are most thankful. Thanks for the reminder that despite the fact that I live on the supposedly wrong side of the border, I need to take a moment to remind myself of this not once a year, but every day.
