Friday Fill-In

[This is my contribution to Janet's Friday Fill-In for this week.]

1. The last good thing that came in the mail was the title to my car.

2. This week I'm grateful for the week being over.

3. Anything made with sugar is the most delicious thing ever. (Until I want something else!)

4. Nature inspires me.

5. I'm most happy when I make time to read and write for fun.

6. And all the roads we have to walk along are full of bumps, but it is about the journey not the destination.

7. As for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to not being at work, tomorrow my plans include singing at homeless families benefit concert, and Sunday, I want to goof off!

Nature inspires me too and something with sugar in it is always welcome (until I want something else too!).

Seeing as you are giving time for a good cause on the Saturday, I think you deserve to goof off on the Sunday. Michele sent me to say 'enjoy'.

Hi, Bob-kat. Glad to see I'm not the only fickle one (with regard to diet). Thanks.

Hello, Janet. Thank you. I put it in away in a safe place, but I did like having it out on the table for a while. Thanks for the prompt.

Thanks, mar. The my chorus participated last year - each group or individual does about 3 songs, and it makes for a great 2-hour long event. And there are desserts for the 2nd half!

nature is always better when we're alone with it - some little hide away nobody else knows about...wish ic ould sing. I teach and have to mine the hymns!!

Hi, Lendal. I agree about the off-the-beaten-path kind of nature.

Sounds like a LOT to be thankful for...

Hi, Maria. It is indeed. I hope you feel better soon.
